Leon high cheerleaders

Restore the roar

We are proud to announce that we qualified to the 2022 Disney World Nationals

OUR HISTORY

Leon is Florida’s oldest continually accredited high school, founded in 1871 just twenty-six years after Florida became a state. It was five years later when a two-story building was erected on the present day site of the Hobbs Federal Building along Tennessee Street. This facility was used until a new building was erected in 1911. That structure was located on the current site of the Leon County Public Library along Park Avenue

Upcoming Events

2022-2023 Tryouts

As we gear up to close out this academic school year, we still have a few things to accomplish! We are looking for new members of our cheer family. After having a successful year in traditional and competitive cheering, we are more than ecstatic to add new members to our cheer family! Do you think you have what it takes a Cheer Lion? Come join us on April 29th!

SPRING/SUMMER CAMP

Have you ever heard winning starts in the offseason? Here at Leon, we believe in that as well! We use the Spring & Summer to bond, condition, and prepare for the upcoming school year and events. If you are selected to be on the team, attendance at camps is mandatory.
